Download the Detailed SEO Chrome extension. Open your website and select the puzzle piece on the right hand side of the URL search bar and select the purple "D" icon that says - Detailed SEO Extension.

This will show you quite a bit of information such as:

• Heading Tag
• Meta Description
• Word count
• & morev

Rule 1: You should only have 1 H1 tag - If  you have more... Wrong!
Rule 2: Your H1 tag should be your primary service category or offering, e.g.: Electrician, Car Dealership, School, Estate Agent, Marketing agency - If you have more than one or its a stupid catch phrase... Wrong!
Rule 3: If you are a local based business, meaning you service a specific area. Does your H1 tag include the service area - If not... Wong! (If you need to target additional areas - talk to us)

Your "social media team" should not be signed into your social media profiles with the email/username and password on their own device, their apps will have an Accounts Center linked to other accounts to main user has logged into before which can cause cross contamination.

Rule 1: Facebook and Instagram are the main 2 platforms and if these are the only 2 platforms you use, then your social media team should manage these assets via the Meta Business Suite. Be careful when hiring an SEO expert and when watching influencer SEO videos online. Both of these set false understandings and expectations about the Search Engine Optimisation service. SEO is not a "Do this one thing have ChatGPT recommend your business" or "Do this one other thing and get to the number 1 spot on Google" - RUN if you ever hear any of these! SEO is a percentage game.

Another large misunderstanding is that Search Engine Optimisation is about delivering more website clicks and while that is true, the point should be to increase leads and thus sales. (This should start to reflect within 3 to 6 months - if not, RUN!)

Rule 3: I am not sure if you are ready for this one: AEO and GEO are not real... They are terms used to describe search appearances in AI overviews or search results but if you are paying for these services to be done you are being lied to! Traditional SEO is what gets you ranking and recommended as always. Do not get scammed by buzz words.

Rule 1: Canva logos are rubbish. Canva logos often look amateurish or "rubbish" because the platform relies on overused templates and non-unique graphic elements that lack professional design depth. Canva logos are also pixel based images meaning they scale poorly where as design softwares like Adobe Illustrator, Figma and others create vector based graphics - which in short mean they can scale large enough to fit on the plant and small enough to fit on your p.....

Rule 2: You should have received the working file for your logo otherwise you did not get what you paid for - you only received a piece of the the logo. Now, what is the working file - this is the file another designer can use to edit your logo in future such as a .ai file, or a .fig - otherwise we can remake it properly for you.
